He has developed and brought to market business assets in excess of $400m through a combination of business start-ups, turnarounds, sales and acquisitions.

His corporate work with senior executives focuses on crafting and making the most sensible investments into SMB’s that are creating new market segments, services and products that hold the promise of reshaping the sectors in which these corporates currently operate

Pavlo is both an author and keynote speaker. His first, bestselling book, Sweat Scale Sell is a playbook on how any business owner can find growth in a low-growth economy and changing business environment. His second book, Reset Rebuild Reignite shows how you can build a business to thrive in any crisis. Pavlo speaks at local and international business conferences on business strategy, investment and growth, winning business mindsets and innovation.

Aurik Business Blueprint Workshop, London

Aurik UK hosted a Business Blueprint workshop at Wilson Wright in central London on 29 November 2023 for growth-minded business owners looking to scale and grow their businesses. Robust discussion was had around challenges to growth, and how to overcome them, despite the uncertainty in the economy. Delegates tackled their own business valuations, and were challenged on the changes they need to make in their businesses to achieve the valuations they want in the future.

Pavlo is a regular contributor to Business Leader magazine and is a judge in their prestigious Scale Up Awards. The awards celebrate Britain’s best Scale-Up businesses across a variety of categories.
